Terms and conditions

Your reservation becomes final once your payment is received.
The number of places being limited; the inscriptions are taken into account according to the time of payment.
The payment can be made out by check to the Bloody Zone association or by bank transfer.

No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation made by the participant.

Single day registrations are not allowed.
All exhibitors have to be present at least Saturday and Sunday.

The association provides the number of tables according to the reservation made (table dimensions:183 X 76cm). If you need extra material, you should quickly contact the Bloody Zone association, who will try to accommodate your request.
We are asking you to bring the material you might need (tablecloths, extensions, power strips, decoration, tape, scissors, markers…)

Setting up / dismantling:
Setting up is possible on Friday May 26 th from 10h to 13h30, on Saturday May 27 th from 8h to 9h30 and on Sunday May 28 th from 9h to 9h30.
Each exhibitor must set up its merch booth at the place personally assigned at the Domaine de la Filature, allée de la Filature in Audincourt (25400). Set up must be finished half an hour before public opening.
The dismantling must be done after the area is closed to the public. No dismantlement will be allowed before closing time.
A fire safety inspection will happen on each day, before public opening, to assure all the exits and alleys are unobstructed.

The parking is free and located near the exhibition venue. It is possible to park temporarily on the plaza beside the building, while loading and unloading material.
Each exhibitor has the responsibility to insure his/her own material. The organizers can’t be held responsible for loss, disappearance, theft, incident and further damages on the merchandise.
However, security guards will be on site during public opening hours.

Outside public opening hours, an alarm will be remotely set, preventing access to the venue until next day, therefor allowing exhibitors to leave material in complete safety.
